    Free [Limited] and Sliding Scale Holistic Pain Relief related Therapy and Addiction Practitioner Services/Treatment through SFFMG's Affiliate Doctor and Physical Therapist in Boca Raton, Florida 


    *For Substance Abuse Rehab Centers: Collective Chiropractic Care and Addiction Practitioner Therapy Sessions, at Your Rehab Center [the physical therapistwill travel to your rehab]

    SFFMG refers the indigent of South Florida to Free, Palm Beach County Health, Mental Health, and Dental Services

    Free, Private, Health and Dental Services in Palm Beach County

    Medicare Application Assistance

    Sliding Scale and Free [Limited] Mental Health Services

    Free Sleep Disorder Consultation(s) and Limited Medical Material/Directives



    VII. Transportation:

    SFFMG has Two Patrons/Associates that pay for used vehicles for certain individuals that have, provably, maintained sobriety for several weeks [certain requirements apply.

    SFFMG has an associate that provides bicycles in exchange for several hours of labor at his bike shop.

    SFFMG Associates provide limited transportation to certain appointments and/or jobs.



    VIII. Housing:

    SFFMG has Associates that assist with limited housing funds and that will pay one month of major/utility bills and/or back rent.



    IX. Women Services:

    SFFMG provides referrals to services that address critical female issues like gender-based violence, health inequities, lack of affordable childcare, and economic instability, as well as domestic and sexual violence support, emergency housing, counseling, career counseling, health and fitness programs, and educational opportunities for girls and youth.

    X. Men Services:

    *Including our developing/current programming related to dealing with, and providing assistance related to, breaking down the obstacles that keep fathers from being in the lives of their children.

    SFFMGs' associate provides honest auto repairs and inspections in Boca Raton (which is hard to find)

    XIII. Animal Emergency and Urgent Care Services referrals [Deerfield Beach, Florida]

Gary K 'Step Track' program [Work the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous quickly and often, and learn key Anonymous Program Information, in to possibly take your chances of substance abuse recovery from a 5 to 10% chance of Maintained Sobriety rate -to- an over 50% Statistical Chance] ~Assn./Per Referrals to CWC Residential and/or Partial Hospitalization Programs

    *Many of the programs described above are also available to migrants.
